Welcome to the first blog of Jayrose Group Australia (JGA) and in particular our new branding which has professionally been developed and introduced by Paris Young and her team at Pepebucks. We are so ecstatic about the new brand and the feedback received to date has been very positive by our clients as well as other stakeholders who work closely with us in the workers compensation field. There is nothing better than not only loving how we are presented to our clients but also choosing the merchandise and clothing that goes with it……

In a nut shell, this is a brief introduction as to who we are what we do and the benefits of utilising our services when it comes down to workers compensation. This incorporates the management of claims, the calculation of premiums and ensuring you’re not paying more than what you really have to.


So what does this mean – Employers outsource their complete workers compensation function for us to manage – Administering premiums, communicating with all key stakeholders (WorkCover Agents, Treating Doctors, Injured Workers, Rehab Providers, Physical Therapists, Unions…and the list goes on), managing individual claims, working with injured employees for  a successful RTW Outcome or in some instances introducing strategies to remove employees from the workplace…….This is not always the best option but sometimes a requirement.


Our Injury Management Consultants and WorkCover Advisors deal with may injuries incorporating both physical and psychological issues. We understand how to interpret legislation and what questions should be asked of WorkCover Agents and Insurance providers prior to important decisions being made on claims and relevant treatment programs. Our front end involvement not only ensures liability is assessed effectively in the first instance but also later in a claim if and when Impairment and Common Law claims commence.


Next you will say, so what are the fees………That’s where we are different. We have two payment structures which is an annual fee for complete outsourcing and  a set fee for claims management – There is no hidden costs and we don’t charge by the hour…….as we want results. Over the past four years, JGA has grown and immensely and now has in excess of 150 clients whereby they outsource their work responsibilities directly to us to manage on their behalf. These clients are based in Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania and New South Wales. Side Note: Well over $1 million in refunds since March 2018 have been identified and paid back to clients…. WE LOVE THAT!

We have a client retention rate of over 95% with our key focus with not only being the number one provider in Workers Compensation services but also our commitment to High Level Customer Service. We pride ourselves on our relationships and ensure that our client retention program incorporates regular updates via phone and face to face and all incoming correspondence or phone calls/emails are dealt with on the day received. I believe this is why our clients stay with us……

We work closely with all WorkCover providers including XChanging, EML, Gallagher Bassett, CGU, Allianz, WorkCover Queensland and ReturntoWorkSA.


JGA have also become key association sponsors of the CCF (Civil Construction Federation of Victoria), CSDA (Concrete Sawing and Drilling) and the RIAA (Roadmaking Industry Association). All their members are now receiving free reviews and assessments of their current workers compensation program and have been provided with recommendations towards the best practice management of their claims and premiums responsibilities.
