The new statutory maximum amounts from 1 July 2026 for weekly payments are: $3,000.00 gross per week.
- For claims received before 5 April 2010 but made after 12 November 1997 – $2,200
- For claims made before 12 November 1997 – $1,740
The employer initial liability threshold amount for medical and like services will increase from $876.00 to $903.00.
