The new statutory maximum amounts from 1 July 2022 for Victorian weekly payments/pensions have been confirmed and are:
- Claims where entitlement to weekly payments commences from 5 April 2010 – $2,590
- Claims received before 5 April 2010 but made after 12 November 1997 – $1,910
- Claims made before 12 November 1997 – $1,510
The employer initial liability threshold amount for medical and like services will increase from $744.00 to $763.00
